Three Fragments, the daily game hiding three LoL champions
Three Fragments is the daily observation challenge on PentaGuess. Every day at midnight UTC a theme is drawn — a hand, an arm, hair, a mouth, a torso, a nose, hips, a leg, ears, a foot, a weapon or a piece of scenery — and three League of Legends champions are shown through that single detail of their artwork. The theme is the same for everyone, and so are the champions: every player faces the same puzzle that day.
You get five tries for all three champions at once. On each turn you name every fragment still open: correct answers lock in and reveal the artwork, the others stay in play. With every mistake the disc cut out of the image widens and shows a little more context — the longer you search, the more the picture talks, but the fewer points the win is worth.
Recognising a champion from a hand, a foot or a weapon
A single detail says a lot: skin tone, the texture of a piece of armour, a jewel, fur, metal, ice or flames, the style of a sword guard. Tying those clues to a region of Runeterra — Demacia, Noxus, Ionia, Shurima, Piltover, Zaun or the Void — or to a champion class narrows the field fast. The "weapon" and "scenery" themes are usually the most readable; "nose", "ears" and "hips" are among the nastiest.
Streak, leaderboard and stats of the day
Finding all three champions grows your streak; finding two keeps it as it is, one or none resets it. When the game ends, a panel sums up your result along with the attempt breakdown of every player that day — how many found each champion on the first try, on the second, and how many missed — plus your own stats. The grid of green and red squares can be shared in one click without spoiling the answers.
Play with nothing to install
Three Fragments runs straight in the browser, on desktop and mobile, with no download and no sign-up. A profile code is enough to carry your streak and your stats from one device to another, and every game counts towards the monthly and yearly PentaGuess leaderboards. A new set of three champions arrives every day at 00:00 UTC.
